If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went to this place, last week to buy a vape, and it was damaged from the beginning. When I went back, the employee refused to exchange it. He said it was a factory error and that it would still work fine, but the vape didn’t even last three days. All vape are damaged and the manager told me you can stay here all day try to found a solución and I told you NO!! The customer service was horrible. The guy was not friendly at all and didn’t even try to find a solution. He simply kept saying there are no refunds or exchanges, even if the product is defective and even if you’re still at the store. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Me and the fam just moved close by this store, and I love it there, good service, and the staff are good to regulars, one of the best smoke shops imo, fast, and welcoming

Faulty vaporizer that wouldn't charge! Went back to store the very next day to get an exchanged, not my money back! With no signs present... The clerk told me no refund, NO exchanges, NO HELP! My first and last time visiting this store! Bad customer service, bad business!

Everything Fresh. The Spanish guy at register is cool and always helpful. The owner is very good and helpful as well.

Very friendly staff. Always knowledgeable about their stuff. Would recommend for your smoking needs. They have good variety of hookahs, from affordable to stainless steel ones.
