They didn't have the Juice I was looking for, but was quickly asked what flavor it was similar too. Seconds later I was presented with a suggestion that smelled great. Good to see that the staff was ready to make sure I wasn't left empty handed! (This was at the Mint Vapes Kiosk in the mall at Bay Plaza in Bronx NY)

I gave them a coil and asked for the same one. Afterwards I saw the coil and told the guy this doesn't look the same. He told me it was an upgraded version. I was picking this up for my sister and i do not vape so I took the guy for his word. I then confirmed of it didn't work that I would be able to return it and he said yes. It did not fit and I went back the next day to exchange for the right one. They didn't have it and kept the coils I bought and refused to give me a refund. Thieves and dishonest business

Not only did I receive great customer service but the prices are unbeatable and the flavors are amazing !

They let someone else use my card and now won't refund they are criminals
