Have supported this small business for years. I buy a bit of everything but mostly disposable nicotine vape products. These devices are notoriously faulty. I have been lucky and rarely, if ever, have had to return anything to this store. It is outrageous that the owner will not refund me a store credit for a defective device she sold me because i have been unable to contact her due to her inconsistent personal hours. She does not allow any employee besides herself to handle any type of refund or store credit. This leaves customers helpless and forced into buying another device. Even worse she offers a 20% discount if you have purchased a defective device which leads me to believe she’s aware of the reoccurring problem. All I’m asking for is a replacement device. I’m sure this is difficult because people take advantage of these situations. I would hope that the owner of the business would recognize a good customer and not question our integrity. If I was sold a pack of cigarettes & they were all broken inside, the gas station would replace them for me. All Im asking for the same quality service. This feels like theft. I will be meeting with the owner hopefully in the next two days and I’m willing to change this review if things are made right. Until then I would go elsewhere for your smoke shop needs.

Two stars because the staff is still very nice but... As much as I used to come here, I can't keep wasting money. Used to be able to have a bong for years without issue. I have gone through 4 from this store in under a year. They do not get dropped. They do not get banged. The quality of the glass is just poor. I know THEY don't make the glass but they do suggest it and recommend it. A bong for $160, should not separate at the glass weld. I went to another store, got something that will actually last. If you sell a product that's over $100, you should be able to put your name on it.. your reputation.

Better then most especially for marijuana and edible equipment

House Of Glass is the best shop in Albany! The product selections are the best in the city, and the prices are always good. Isabel is incredibly knowledgeable, she knows exactly what she’s talking about. Really, all the staff are great and professional. The store is always clean and inviting. They’re open plenty late. This is where you want to go for what you need!
