Went to store on Delaware Ave which I have done since it opened, spend at least $100+ a month there. Was greeted this am by a very rude employee, now she has worked there sometime now and knows me but recently has become very unfriendly and rude. She attacked be verbally today in front of her boyfriend who was in the store hanging out,why I don't know but I will tell you I will never step foot in that store again. You have lost a faithful customer!! I am 84 years old and deserve better than what you have to offer employee wise!!

I love to come in the mornings, the girl thats there is always so nice and polite!!!! I always ask her what her name is but I always forget it. But she knows me and exactly what I get most of the time she will have it waiting for me before I even get to the counter 100/10 best employee

My second trip to my new found local favorite! My first experience was great. Lots of selection and the gentlemen who was training was so nice and professional 👏👍. Tonight Maria took care of me and she was so amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable. This is a great place to smoking needs and maybe find things you didn't even know you wanted.Nice job.

Normally I have a great experience there, However. I just left there after spending $50 and the product I bought was missing a piece. The guy working refused to do a return or exchange and also refused to get or contact a manager. Keep in mind, This was less than a minute after the purchase that we opened it and realized the missing piece. He was rude and obnoxious and was extremely unprofessional. I seriously hope the staff helps me with this poor business in the morning or I will be contacting the uppers and going to another establishment from now on.

Great place, has a decent selection. The folks in there are SO kind and patient. They know me by face haha.
