I have shopped here multiple times, starting about a year ago when I was visiting from CA. The employees were knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly, kind. They are the exact reason why customer service matters. Now that I have moved to Albany, I know where my favorite vape store is and the only one I like to give business to. Definitely come here!

Excellent selection, friendly and helpful staff. This is my new go to shop and they know how to reat customers and reward them.

The guy who works in the store is professional and helpful a full of knowledge of what he's doing. I love the atmosphere and the variety of what they have.

The guy working was very rude and condescending. Wouldn’t get off his phone to help us find what we were looking for. My boyfriend asked a simple question on what a certain vape flavors were cause its name didn’t say what flavor it was on the box and the guy raised his voice and said “I don’t know just google it yourself, I smoke real cigarettes” while playing on his phone. He couldn’t answer any of our questions and had a very nasty attitude towards us. First time there and will never go back. He had a great selection but I don’t want to give someone like that my money. I almost walked out after he spoke to us like that. 0/10.
