Firdos offers an excellent experience with warm hospitality and outstanding service. The staff is very well-trained, attentive, and professional, which makes every visit comfortable and enjoyable. The team maintains everything to a high standard, and it truly shows in the overall atmosphere. Highly recommended!

10/10 experience. The Mint Malai Bomb hookah was so good, and the Lady Killer didn’t disappoint either. Add a Kashmiri chai and you’re set , will def be back !

Staff was very rude and unaccommodating. We ordered food from next door at Levant and were told to dine at Firdos because it was full. The food took 30 minutes to come out and the staff made us take our own trash and throw it out next door.

Might be one of the chillest hookah lounges on Steinway. Great and peaceful environment to work or hang out with friends. They're also competitively prices compared to everyone else, but have some of the best hookah I've had. Great variety of pan flavors!!

Firdos Hookah Lounge never disappoints! Great hookah and amazing service from Nadeer Morad 👌🔥
