I had such a great experience here and had to leave a review. The owner, Kais, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, and it really shows how much he cares about his customers. Moe, who works there, was also amazing — super attentive, kind, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Definitely ask for Moe when you visit! The hookah itself was top-tier. You can tell they use high-quality stainless steel hookahs because the smoke is incredibly smooth, thick, and lasts way longer than your typical setup. Easily one of the best hookah experiences I’ve had. One of the reasonable priced places in New York as well, unlike most others! Overall, the service, the vibe, and the quality were all on point. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Moe has top tier customer service. I came one time a year ago just to try it out with my friend and ever since then I keep coming back and bringing more friends. It’s their spot too now. The hookah flavors just hit different here. Moe and Kais have gone above and beyond the last time I was there! Thank you guys so much.

The atmosphere is always great but the hookah quality has certainly diminished. My throat was killing me after and the smoke in the establishment was somewhat unbearable. You can’t go out after going here cause you will smell like burnt charcoal. I’d recommend going when there’s less people. Edit: didnt mean to write food. I got the food from Zyara that day.
