Very disappointing experience at Pyramids Hookah Lounge. The staff had a very bad attitude and was disrespectful and aggressive toward customers. The service was poor, the drinks were not good, and the music and overall atmosphere were not enjoyable. I expected a better experience, but unfortunately the customer service and quality did not meet expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way customers are treated.

I’ve never even stepped foot in this place and never will. I was out with a friend on a Saturday night and walked past this place. I stopped for one moment to adjust myself to hear one of the men who was working the door ask if I was coming in. After I said no, he said he would “hook me up with a free shot” and when I said “no, thank you,” he got visibly angry and started to quite literally scream at me to “come back here.” He screamed louder and more violently as I walked away and chose to not engage. If I was in a worse mood I would have called the police for this. Unacceptable

charging $15 for a well drink served in a small plastic cup is hilarious. never coming back!

My son and his friends were recently at this establishment, and my son lost his glasses. While looking for them, management was very rude to him about it. They weren't willing to help him, he said they seemed annoyed about it. The next day I called and the manager refused to give me his name. Why he felt the need to hide, I don't know. I was raised in a restaurant and hospitality is part of the job description. He was very rude about the glasses and seemed annoyed that I had called. Being a restaurant owner myself, I had to go check this place out for myself and I did. Not only did I report health violations, but they are serving drinks to minors. Not a good look. I reported everything. Also, they are unreasonably over priced - but I guess they are not making sales considering they need to sell to minors.

The hookah was great and the drinks were amazing.
