This is my go to hookah spot. I love it here. The vibe is immaculate. Music is always good. The chairs are comfy with enough space but still fairly close to your neighbor. The hookah is always good and if for some reason it gets harsh, staff are always quick to fix it. They are very welcoming

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent service. The hookah was smooth, flavorful, and lasted a long time. The lounge was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing vibe. Prices were fair, and the overall experience was outstanding. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to unwind.

Always an amazing time at Elite! The hookahs are smooth and flavorful, and the service is excellent. They also have fun games, great photo ops, and food. Their mocktails and milkshakes are a perfect treat! They also usually have events on the weekends featuring belly dancers and DJs! Highly recommend for a chill or lively night!

Honestly had a pretty frustrating experience here last night. They automatically add an 18% “service charge,” but when you’re actually paying, nothing is clearly explained. When I went to pay, they only showed me the total—not an itemized bill—so I had no idea the 18% was already included. After I tapped my card, the screen asked for a tip and didn’t say it was an additional tip, so I added another 18% thinking it wasn’t included yet. Right after, I asked the server and she said they don’t add tip, just a “service charge.” But when we finally got the receipt (which we had to specifically ask for—they didn’t even offer it), it clearly showed the 18% was already included. The issue isn’t even about the money—it’s how misleading the whole process is. Not showing an itemized bill, prompting for a tip without clarifying it’s extra, and not giving a receipt unless you ask makes it feel intentional. Even if it’s written somewhere on the menu, they should still show a breakdown before you pay. I’ve also seen other reviews saying the same thing, so just be careful and double check before tipping here.
