I enjoy coming here staff is every easy to talk to and very helpful but the only problem I will say I’ve bought glass from you guys here twice in the past and each time you guys have gone to the back and wrap up for me cause they are expensive pieces came in for one today and just handed it to me expecting me to just carry around 300 dollars of glass is definitely unacceptable as a staff member to hand someone a piece and expect them to have the wrapping ready for a car ride, I’ll keep coming here but you can’t let people leave a shop with zero protection on the glass

My daughter and I were very frequent customers and Yvette was hands down the best employee I've met in my life. She was like a friend. My daughter is 14 and had some issues growing up and Yvette some how cracked her shell and brought my girl back out. She absolutely loved her and the feeling is mutual. We miss you so much Yvette. My daughter would come in with me because I couldn't remember my phone number and she had to type it into the number kiosk. Im sure she'd know exactly what I'm talking about! Love u mama!

Not the best place to go buy vapes. I had a very bad experience. Nice place but not the best people working there.

Very friendly staff….hours could be a little later on Friday and Saturday. Will definitely be back

The staff is not only really knowledgeable about their products but they are incredibly kind, genuinely nice people! I am always greeted with big smiles no matter which location I walk into! The crew they have right now working between stores is an absolutely fabulous bunch 💚 and I love that they carry the same products in each store so no matter where I am, I know if there's a Cartel Palace, I will get exactly what I'm looking for 💚🖤💚🖤
