Better customer service now!! Thank you! Overall I like this store. Has lots of options and decent prices

This is a great smoke shop! There's a wide variety of items that other smoke shops don't have. The zig zags are always stocked, which seems to be a problem here in Brockport. I've also purchased 2 vape mods from here and I'm happy with my purchase.

There is a new girl that works there she’s short African-American with curly hair she is a doll I just would come to just to see her. She’s very respectful very sweet nice and does her job everything I ask for she know exactly where it’s at. Please keep her around or I will not be coming back there anymore and I spent over $200 every other day

Went in to buy a personal smoking pipe. Both me and the employee inspected the piece. It was a dark piece so not really hard to see any flaws. Looked great so I got it. Used it for the first time and right in the middle of use, it literally fell apart in my hand. I brought it back to the store and the same employee was there. She was very sorry and knew I had literally just bought it but told me there was nothing she personally could do. She called her manager and took down my number. She told me that corporate would be given a call to try and work this out but I received no response. Apparently this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. It seems like smokers choice is a type of shop that doesn't care about it's customers. Especially it's loyal ones. They are willing to sell shotty pieces and products and not care that they are scamming customers. So if you want to get ripped off, then smokers choice is your place. The fact that they won't even call me back just shows how shady they are. This is not a reflection of the employees as they have always been respectful. Seems like this is coming from the people that just sit back and collect the money. I'm sure we all know those people. I would highly recommend not purchasing much from this place. Just to give you a heads up of how considerate they are, they had an employee that tried to stop a robbery and almost got seriously injured, even possibly killed and the employee wanted to press charges but corporate overrode him and chose not to. Love to see how they take care of their employees and customers. Smoker's choice you need to do better. Unacceptable!

Called the store to inquire about Liquid nicotine because when I stopped last week they were out. When the girl answered she didn't say anything I had to say hello for her to respond. I asked about the liquid nicotine and explained I was new to vaping and I was unsure what the brand name was. She gave me the brand names of tobacco. I told her I wasn't looking for tobacco but nicotine that is added to the vape liquid, as i had only bought it once before. She rudely responded by saying she just told me all the names of the liquid nicotine. I work in customer service and this is not how you handle customers. I do not recommend this store whatsoever after this experience and will not be back.
