Today, November 26, I went into this shop to buy a pack of cigarettes. There was no one at the counter. When I said “Hello,” an older man, sitting in a chair, responded without even standing up. When I told him I wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes, he finally got up — very reluctantly — and spoke to me in a condescending, dismissive tone. After I paid, I waited for my receipt. When he saw this, he threw it to me as if I were a dog! I was completely shocked. When I reacted, he started insulting me, calling me crazy and more. I’m honestly in disbelief at how customers are treated here. As I was leaving, he even shouted that I should never come back 🤣. Is this really acceptable service??? Absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Perhaps other staff are friendlier, but I have no idea — this was my experience.
