I’m always up for trying new hookah lounges around Brooklyn and so far this is probably one of the worst places that I have tried so far. First of all, the place itself is pretty worn out. Everything looks old and dusty. The owner should really think about investing some money and fixing the place up. Making it more welcoming and modern. We ordered a few things and the only thing that I liked was the french fries and that was the only thing I ate. The rest of the food was not appetizing at all. ( We ordered chicken Shawarma’s as well as fish and rice ). The drinks were okay. We saw they had games so I wanted to play Ludo, When I went to get the board, it was ripped in half and the other piece Of the board was not even there. So we couldn’t even play. We smoked For a while, and then we noticed that the hookah was not working properly so we told the worker. The worker bought a whole new hookah, Different flavor and all. We did not even ask. When the bill came, we noticed that we were charged for 2 hookahs. We tried to explain to the Hispanic guy that we barely even smoked the second one that he bought and we only told you to fix it. We did not tell you to change the whole thing and bring us a new flavor. The guy got extremely rude with one of us and was like stop playing games. It would be nice to keep someone who also speaks English because Throughout the whole night, the guy did not understand what we needed or what we were saying. We still paid our whole bill despite being charged for the second hookah for no reason. The owner himself seemed like a friendly guy. We did speak to him about this, and he did say that he would refund me one of the hookahs but never did I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyways, overall, this place is pretty rundown and I guess only good for the locals who been coming here for years. Very disappointed.

Zaatar fries was yummy. Chicken was marinated so tasted good but it was dry. the salad was okay but the rice was terribly dry as well. mango smoothie wasn’t too sweet as requested which was great! They only accept cash so that sucks but hookah was great! No music at all but I hope only when that one time we went.

Amazing service at the hookah lounge! Staff was super helpful, made great recommendations, and ensured we had everything we needed. Chill vibes and top-notch customer care all around!

I step in to the place has great ambiance, comfortable/ Relaxing sitting options, Tv 📺 & Ethnic middle Eastern music 🎶 Great food menu Za tar fries 🍟 and other food options to choose from , a great place to relax , enjoy your food with music 🎶, Hookah, staff friendly the feel is good it was my first time being here like the place and like to be my go to place in my new neighborhood

Leaving a 1 star review after being mistreated at this cafe. I popped in to catch the final 15-20 min of the Afcon final. I ordered a tea, and the waiter acted strangely when he brought me the receipt, rushing me and not allowing me to tip. I caught a flash of $40. I spoke to him again and said I think there was a mistake. He gave me a $6 receipt and said the other charge would be reversed. I left a $5 cash tip on top of that. The $40 was not reversed and is still on my card, nothing has appeared for the $6 one. I called a week or two later and tried to resolve the issue, and I was hung up on 4 times. Clearly I’m not getting any money back. So leaving this review to warn others. Very unkind way to treat people.
