If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We were there for maybe 15 minutes total before deciding to leave. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with attitude instead of hospitality. The guy working there was rude, unwelcoming, and made us feel like we weren’t wanted. We ordered a hookah, waited around 10 minutes for it to be prepared, and when it finally arrived, it barely worked. We asked for more coals because it wasn’t pulling properly, and he brought one coal. Shortly after, the hookah started burning. When we pointed it out, his response was simply, “You wanted more coals.” No apology, no effort to fix it, and no concern for customer satisfaction. Between the terrible service, bad attitude, and poorly prepared hookah, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. We will never be coming back. If you want to be treated with respect and actually enjoy your experience, skip this place and go to Men’s House Cafe instead. The difference in customer service is night and day.

Do NOT go there if you are visiting , I don’t about if you are a local! Absolutely the WORST WORST customer service I have ever seen in my life , the guy treated us as he doesn’t want us there. The hookah wasn’t smoking when he brought it to us with 3 small charcoals, when I told he he brought 1 more and put it there and the hookah burned immediately, the guy doesn’t know anything about hookahs. We were there for less than 5 minutes , I paid 21 dollars ( Btw he said cash only )

If you’re looking for an old school atmosphere/ambiance then come to Beit Jiddo. It’s a pretty big hookah cafe. Hookah prices are reasonable and they have a variety of drinks and some food options. Good for big groups. We came in the afternoon and it was pretty empty.
