It’s weird to call yourself a vape shop and literally have the word “vape” on the outside windows everywhere and then not have vapes whatsoever. So I guess one star just because really misleading and I wasted my time walking in there in the first place. Idk change your name or something

Tried to call to simply ask if they were open and what time they closed for that day and also if they had a certain, very popular / common product in stock— the dude on the phone was a rude, microphallused jerk who said “no” and hung up on me immediately. People like this are why I’m getting really tired of humanity and even more exhausted trying to be kind and respectful to everyone I meet or talk to before they inevitably act like this for absolutely no reason besides the fact that they’re generally just miserable human beings. I’ve worked in customer service for 15 years and no matter how degrading, difficult, and tiring the job is dealing with customers (the bad and the good), I’ve never been rude or treated people with disrespect. That’s the job, bud— it’s literally just taking care of other people’s needs and answering their questions. If you don’t like it or can’t handle it, go work on a factory assembly line or load lumber in the yard where we don’t have to deal with you and lose our faith in the human race. one of the best places i ever been to in America. it was raining really hard and i had to catch the bus. I went inside and they insisted on giving me 2 dollars for free. one of the most friendliest people i met here.
