Full honesty — I go to the smoke shop a couple times a week. It’s kind of my thing. There’s a closer shop near my house where the Uber round trip is about $11, but coming to this one is closer to $25. It’s still worth it because their prices are better, the selection is stronger, and they actually run good deals and have a rewards system. I recently switched to Foggers, and a lot of other shops seem pretty limited on flavors lately — sometimes barely carrying them at all. This location usually has a solid variety in stock, which I really appreciate. I’ve been stopping in here on and off since I moved to Buffalo about two years ago, but I mostly went to the closer shop for convenience. After spending more time here recently, I’m definitely switching. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming without being pushy, which means a lot since I have pretty bad social anxiety. They’ve even been incredibly patient during moments when I felt overwhelmed, and never once made me feel rushed. Good prices, great selection, and even better customer service. It’s absolutely worth the extra trip.

Zack is hands down the best! He’s always friendly, knowledgeable, and makes every visit enjoyable. He takes the time to talk with customers and really cares about helping people find what they need. Customer service like his is rare, and he’s a big reason I keep coming back. Give this guy a raise!

The top photo is a real Raw Black, bottom photo is a fake from Cloud 9, look how pale the writing is, and the color scheme is off. Don’t buy cones here they sell fake Raws. It’s actually pathetic because they are charging almost $5 a pack for a fake that costs .50 cents, it’s wrong and it’s disrespectful to the WNY weed community. FRAUDS. Wait until we find out the other products are fake too smh 🤦‍♂️
