If I could give it zero stars, I would. I came here this past weekend to celebrates a friends birthday. We had planned for days that we would come here and knew from the flyer that ladies were free before 11:30pm. Upon arrival, we were shockingly surprised by the staff letting us know "don't pay attention to the online flyer." We willingly showed her the flyer that informed us differently. The push to seriously ignore what we had seen on our phones as proof was extremely disheartening. I don't know what type of establishment promotes one thing and says another, but I did not appreciate the customer service here. One thing to note is that the security was very friendly but he was not in charge of the entry fee which was unfortunate. What is also unfortunate is that I will not be returning under this management. Please beware. There is a sign that reads "No Drama Zone, Don't Bring That Mess Around Here" but it seems to me, that the drama was already present. My friends and I gladly went down the street to a different establishment and paid the entry fee there. For us it was solely about the principal and wrong is wrong. The sad part is, the link to the flyer was edited AFTER we complained.

Ghetto hole in the wall vibes for sure. Saturday night, security didn’t pat anyone down. There was no DJ. There was also a $10 cover charge that was taxed and we were the only patrons. Charging entry before midnight is literally suicide for any recreational spot . I feel like they didn’t have the popular hookah flavors like mighty freeze, etc. and they had basic starter hookahs.I could tell immediately that the business has no intentions besides turning a profit. I couldn’t see myself returning or recommending to anyone that is mature to patronize. I’m not even gonna get into the part where the guy who swiped my card “tipped” himself. Very ghetto. Absolutely do not recommend. Don’t see this establishment flourishing in the community. Definitely plan on trying Sahara 🙂

I love the people ! Respectful people. Great and Excellent place to be most importantly Clean! ❤️ Play all kinds of music ! Best different hookah flavor you will never find anywhere else for a great price ! Check it outttttttt

A Very nice place to have fun on the weekends. If u looking to dance away your sorrow, plug hookah lounge is the place for you. The customer service at this place is A1( excellent) . I’m definitely going to be back.

**THIS IS A REVIEW OF MANAGEMENT AND NOT THE ESTABLISHMENT** New to the area and saw this place advertised on eventbrite for a soca night and decided to come check out the reviews bc it seemed like it would be a good vibe and all I can say is that this is the first place that I have ever been turned off of by the owners' responses to negative reviews. It is HIGHLY unprofessional and borderline childlike. Calling your negative reviewers bullies when your approach is in essence tantamount to bullying. Don't get me wrong, I have no doubt that there are some patrons who may unfairly review your establishment and you may need to respond with your perspective, but HOW you respond matters. Your responses have reflected quite poorly on your establishment. I implore you to take a more professional approach and rise above in the future.
