I think I had a panic attack watching 2 rats cross me from the street to the lot next door when I was going back to my car. It cant be from a vape store though cuz there's no food to attract them. Went in with my friends on a night out as one of my friends needed to get a vape, and we were treated so rudely. immediately as we walked in, one of the guys especially went off saying rude stuff to us women. i don’t know if yall think it’s cute or think it’s male entitlement to act the way yall did. like imagine being ugly inside and out! i was utterly disgusted! and his coworkers just laughed along… very bad customer service and that’s how u lose customers. i ain’t rven a customer but i will definitely NOT be returning after experiencing that. OH and on top of that, their prices are extremely overpriced and fake. the fact that they shut us off after we were questioning some stuff that didn’t sit right with us and told us to not buy it and leave ?? i recommend going somewhere else

I purchased a Volcano vaporizer from Tasty Cloud, and at first, everything seemed fine. However, after some use, I experienced a malfunction where the gasket melted to the chamber. Wanting to get it repaired, I reached out to the manufacturer, only to discover that the device was counterfeit. Upon learning this, I contacted Tasty Cloud and spoke with the owner, who assured me they would take care of it and asked me to bring it in. Since then, Jay has been incredibly helpful, keeping me updated on possible solutions. While the issue is not yet fully resolved, I appreciate their efforts so far and will update this review once there is a final outcome. I’m hopeful for a fair resolution and appreciate the customer service I’ve received so far. Update: The issue has been fully resolved! After some delays, Tasty Cloud stood by their word and provided me with a brand-new, authentic Hybrid Volcano. Before leaving the shop, I confirmed its authenticity by registering the serial number with Storz & Bickel. Everything is working perfectly. Additionally, the shop has removed all old Digit Volcano units from their shelves to prevent this from happening again. While it took some time, I appreciate that they took responsibility and made it right. Jay was helpful throughout the process, and I respect their commitment to resolving the issue.

They have recently started selling perfumes.I bought one of them and later when I checked price online I found $20 in shein and $32 in Amazon and Walmart. They sold me with the price of $69.99 . Don’t buy from them.
