Def not as bad as some of these reviews make it seem. The dude who took care of me a few weeks back was friendly and talkative. Its just their selection thats lacking compared to other shops in the area.

All the employees there are great, very helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint would be to whoever made the rule that a sales are final... I think there should be exceptions to that rule, for instance I've bought faulty coils, and I was told that "it happens sometimes... Sometimes we receive faulty coils but we don't know until customers purchase them, and then unfortunately there's nothing we can do to exchange or refund." I think it's at the very least, good customer service to be able to either exchange or get a refund for any product sold that turns out is faulty. If it weren't for the fact that the staff is pleasant and helpful, I wouldn't continue to take my business there anymore, because I'm taking the risk of literally throwing my money away to never see it again.

They have a big store but the young man working there still acknowledged me and let me know that he had to help a customer who was all ready there and that he would be right back. Very nice young man and they have a lot of inventory! I even found some of what I was looking for on clearance and saved $52 on 2 bottles! I'm actually happy that I got horrible customer service at another place or I wouldn't have gotten a great deal!

Evidently under new ownership, stopped the bonus points for card holders. Never said anything about stopping the points, and when I finally asked they said "only temporary" trying to work out the kinks in the new system. That was months ago, and a complete lie. Never have what you're looking for, but somehow always have the more expensive option. Anyplace that has new employees Every few days probably not worth spending money at
