This place is amazing. Your "go to " for all smokable needs..the girls are beautiful and great , the owner is a wonderful person..the staff are courteous and knowledgeable and the prices for all the goodies are amazing. Place is TRASH DONT GO HERE! So long story short I started going here about 3 months ago. First i came in to buy the 10 pack peace carbon filters for $11. So I started to notice after about a month or so that I was the only one buying them and they didn't seem to have the button button in their system for some reason and I would always have to look at the box for it behind the case. I kept mentioning for weeks to them that they are getting low;each time lower than the last and they would tell me an order should be coming in any day. Finally I end up buying the last one over a month ago and when I asked about it today (seeing no box or space on the shelf anymore which was taken by another product?) that it is up to the vendor to make the delivery and explained she was apparently the manager and said she does orders once a month...When I tried asking why it's been longer than that she accused me of lying as well as talking over my question raising her voice...I told her I will never come back there again this is ridiculous.. I mean that's on top of literally at least several times me going to make a purchase with a sign saying gone be right back and waiting for 30 plus minutes with nobody at the store?? Place is a complete joke ...get out of my town Vaping Bad! Go to Geneva with that crap for God's sake! Learn how to do your job because you suck at it period. You will be losing all of your business I promise you through word of mouth about this interaction as well as a complaint to your corporate office as well 💯

Vaping Bad in Canandaigua is hands down the best shop around! The vibe is always welcoming and chill, and they have a great selection of products. I especially want to give a shoutout to Jordan — she’s super friendly, funny, and always makes the experience enjoyable. She really knows her stuff and makes everyone feel comfortable. Definitely my go-to spot thanks to her great customer service and positive energy

Absolutely love this place. Not only do they have high quality products, but the staff is amazing. I want to give a huge shout out to Kat (and the other sweetie whose name is escaping me right now - sorry!).
