Shoppers be aware, do not trust this store they open their products and replace them with lesser products to resell without properly containing it or sealing it. It happened to two other people I know, he was very nasty and arrogant about the situation he was a long haired male. When i threatened to call the authorities he said ill just close the store, and told me theres nothing i can do about it. Do not come here.

Whenever the younger blonde woman is working she gives nothing but attitude and makes you feel like your bothering her by asking her to do her job. The other employees are lovely as hell but unfortunately i stopped going due to the treatment ive gotten from this lady. Management needs to get on that

They have a ton of products for all your smoking needs. Staff is knowledgeable.

Heather in the morning is always rude and always has an attitude. Like it’s an inconvenience to help a customer. Today I went to purchase 2 items that I get regularly. She let me purchase 1, and told me I wasn’t allowed to get the other because of whatever reason. She didn’t ID me even apparently not knowing who I was yet I’ve dealt with her a number of times and I am a regular here. I will always go now after a certain time when Patrick and Tiffany are working. Great people at least those two. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. At least they don’t try to rush people out and give them problems. Props to those 2. That Heather shouldn’t be there! You get great customer service later in the day and a grumpy pissed off woman in the morning… go after 3pm!

I love this store! Have been going for years, great selection and great prices. I would recommend going in the evening or on Sundays, the owner and the night time employees are outstanding and friendly! The girl that works during the day is completely rude and makes it obvious she doesn’t want to be there, she doesn’t even say hi when you walk in the door! Just gets annoyed that she has to stop looking at her phone and actually help somebody. She also doesn’t know the prices, she’ll quote you one price and then it will ring up a totally different price, and she gets beyond annoyed if you ask for something on one of the top shelves. The evening employees and the owner are all very knowledgeable and are the friendliest most welcoming people. I definitely recommend this store - but make sure to go during the evenings or weekends!
