There aren't many shops this well stocked in vape supplies anymore. Most have switched what they sell or went out of business. It's nice to have a store that's reasonably well stocked, as local as this one. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, too. Prices are reasonable, given high NYS tax on vape sales.

Employees here are absolutely amazing but sadly no manager and store doesn't get restocked from Troy which is the warehouse. Very sad to see a local business who set the standard for local shops to fall so far from where they used to be.

Shawn is such an amazing person, he’s very knowledgeable about the wants and needs and devices at the shop. And not to mention he’s very funny.

I've been going to all locations since they opened. The staff since day 1 has always been top notch with questions, help, advice and just anything that has to do with customer service. Even the owner whom I know personally is the kind of guy who is always out interacting with all the customers while thanking them for all the support. They really pride themselves on over the top customer service and make sure you leave with what you came for whether it's just for advice or for new gear.

These guys are great always willing to go out of there way for me. If I need something they order it if I'm having a hard time picking juice cause my taste buds are picky A F they are patient. They have a constant flow of up to date products and are a bunch of good people. Also want to add the owner(s) are very personable that's not something you run into everyday and I like that in a business.
