We had an absolutely incredible experience here, all thanks to Jay! We were completely new to using a hookah, and Jay went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. He took the time to patiently teach us everything we needed to know, from how it works to the best techniques for a great experience. The atmosphere was fantastic and the flavors Jay recommended were on the spot!! His customer service was next-level—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely attentive. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure their guests have a perfect time. If you’re coming here, look for Jay. We will definitely be back!

Great customer service!! Stopped by for a hookah set and the owner’s son was very helpful. He explained and demonstrated how to put it together and shared his favorite hookah flavors. Definitely recommend this smoke shop!

Great shop and experience! I visited the Medusa smoke shop with two friends of mine. Harry was the owner and he was super friendly to us. He allowed us to film a segment for the Weedtube channel Beards Buddz Bongz. We did a full review of the shop. They have a great selection and the place is filled from floor to ceiling! Harry was very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I did a little Christmas shopping picked up some Cookies Swag and glass. I'll definitely be visiting Medusas again.

Everything is overpriced here, especially the e-cig devices. The retail price is $26, but they charge $44.99!

Great variety of bongs, bowls and hookah. The owner is very helpful and fun. I told him exactly what I was looking for in terms of use, quality and budget and he kindly offered me precisely what I needed. Absolutely recommend
