I didn't go into the smoke factory as I was there for another store and the factory was closed. I went in there once a while back and the workers were nice

I bought a vape from this place that didn’t work. I returned it a few days later, because I don’t live in the area. I work in the area on weekends. Showed the guy behind the counter that the vape still was at 99 percent. That it wasn’t let me pull to get anything out of it. It told me “I should’ve checked it before I left”.. I never had a problem here before. They just lost a customer, and I’ll make sure nobody from the job deals with these crooks.

Employees seem very helpful & didn't lie when they didn't have the product I was looking for.

It’s crazy because you guys have some nice things in this shop but your customer service just sucks. And it’s very passively aggressive too like people won’t pick up on it. Good stuff here you can literally buy so much stuff here but idk how to feel about everybody attitudes in there. The attitudes turn me away…

Bben there a few times but is now my to go place for my needs. Great service and lots of choices. Great price a pure triple treat.
