I bought a couple of batteries two days ago and I came back to return them because they were unopened and I didn’t need them (my existing batteries were not damaged as I thought they might have been). After a little bit of a hassle where The clerk said he can’t take back batteries, but give me store credit only (Which, of course, is technically taking back the batteries), the clerk didn’t understand that I was there to purchase some vape juice in exchange. He was rude and raised his voice at me, even saying that our conversation is on video. Of course I’m a video producer so I understand surveillance and the need for a business owners to have such things. We didn’t argue very long for him to realize that I was there to get some juice and when the total came out almost even he decided to just swap items. Of course it was technically $1.28 in their favor. All in all, not a great experience and I have other vape stores near me that are better to visit

Best Smoke/vape/cigar shop in the Rochester Area by a long shot. The facility itself always has close parking and is always clean and products are easy to find. They are always getting in new products but you can tell they don't just order junk like many of the shops in the area. The staff is super friendly, even when customers are in the wrong they will help you with your problem and do it with a smile. The reward system is by far one of the best as points add up fast and they don't require you to make a purchase to redeem them if you have enough. Cigars and tobacco is ALWAYS fresh and lots of brands so your rotation never gets boring. The Glass pipes are mostly locally made and again, they are always getting in new stock. Sometimes I come in just so take a peak at the pipes. I could go on and on but I suggest you to stop in and decide for yourself! Village has and will always be my #1 choice

Absolutely love this place! The customer service is amazing—everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with whatever you need. They have such a wide selection of glass pieces and pretty much every smoke-related product you can think of. It’s honestly one of the best stocked shops I’ve been to. I’ll definitely be coming back again. highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for quality products and great service!
