Person working the counter was more concerned with what color pen he should use to write out my order, than to actually listen to what items I wanted to purchase. He seemed to get angry when I said I wasn't sure how much I was buying, & interrupted me to explain that he used purple pen for 4 bags, green for 8.......etc. I didn't come in to listen to your inventory practices. I came in to buy, but this employee either just didn't want to assist, or he's just rude. At any rate, I took my business elsewhere immediately. Because of that guy, you just lost my business.

I bought a $70 us pen less than a week ago, the pen won’t charge, when I went to the store to ask for a replacement or at least to fix it, they treated my husband very badly and told us that they couldn’t do anything. :/ so they just sell damaged overpriced items and won’t do anything about it.

Great place - awesome staff and great selection. Honestly, I wouldn't pay much attention to the people complaining about ATM fees (it is only 1 dollar...they can't be held accountable if your banking institution also charges out of network penalties...their menu has pages and pages of selections and the staff is also nice and attentive. They even have an awesome rewards program. That has saved me hundreds in cash off of purchases. Some people search for something to complain about... sad really

I've been in there twice..first they greet you and someone comes right to me. They help me out also looking at there crazy flower on the counter. Although I have bought a few pens...and had some issues.. amd I called they have me advice. Unfortunately mine is not working to good so I don't want to get these guys to hate me..lol.. cause I have to go in And ask how to get this fixed... other than that really cool place...

This place is absolutely amazing. I have a great experience every time I go in. they have Extremely nice people working there. Also product selection and quality is great! Guarenteed to find what you are looking for. They always have some type of deal going on flower.. And the rewards points are awesome too! This is my go to spot now. Definitely go check it out!
