This is honestly my favorite smoke shop in Hicksville. I’ve been coming here for a while and every time the experience is great. The products are always real and high quality, and the customer service is amazing. They’re always so kind, respectful, and helpful, which makes you feel really comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been here a few times and stopped by today to pick up coals. Miles gave me phenomenal service! Honestly, he could work for a luxury brand with the level of service he provides. He was incredibly professional, helpful, and attentive. I was trying to Google one of the flavors, and he politely asked me to wait because he already had a list of all the flavors available. He took the time to walk me through each one and explain them in detail. Because of his knowledge and recommendations, I ended up purchasing a large box of flavor as well! Thank you, Miles! 3 Leaves is so lucky to have you. I’ll definitely be coming back again for the outstanding service.

Stopped in here a few times and it’s easily become my go-to smoke shop. They’ve got a selection of NICS and Hookahs and pretty much anything else you could need. The staff is always chill, knows their products. Prices are fair, the store is clean and organized, and they usually have the newer products in stock when a lot of other shops are sold out. You can tell they care about keeping quality products on the shelves and making sure customers leave happy. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

This place is amazing. They have every thing you need for plus exclusives for a smoke shop! Service is great and they always hook us up. They also have a loyalty program where you can gain points and use for money off on future purchases. Best smoke shop in NY thus far.

Very nice store with friendly staff. Asked the guy for some glass and he helped me pick one out and even gave me a discount. Would highly recommend this place to my friends
