J&H2 Smoke Shop is a great local spot in Hopewell Junction. The store is always clean, the selection is excellent, and the prices are really competitive. What I appreciate most is the friendly, helpful service—you can get in, find what you need, and you’re always treated well. Convenient, well stocked and definitely a place I’m happy to support locally. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible, manipulative and dishonest people. My friend’s car broke down just prior to the big snow storm. She was able to get her car into the parking area outside this shop. AAA had been contacted and were on their way to pick up her vehicle. The shop owner didn’t want her to leave the car in the lot but she really had no choice. She informed him that the tow truck was on its way. After she left, the shop owner called the police saying a woman had abandoned her car in the parking lot. The police impounded the car. What kind of a person does something like that? Stay away from this disgusting environment.

Prices are very good. I also had a minor customer service issue, which got handled better than I expected. They went above and beyond to take care of me, and have earned my repeat business. I am happy to find a good place close to home. Thank you

Terrible owner!!!! Dont support this establishment! My car broke down in front of the store on Saturday afternoon. I was waiting for 3 hrs for AAA to tow my car. I saw approximately 5 costumers going to the store. Plenty of parking spaces. Due to the upcoming snowstorm it was taking longer for a tow truck to show up. I left the car there out of the way. I told the owner that the car will be picked up tonight. After I left, he called the police and a tow truck to move my car from the parking lot. Now AAA can't find my car to town. So now I need to pay for the first tow company and storage for the car and for an unsuccessful call for AAA. Very inconsiderate and un neighborly. I will keep posting this review so people will understand who they are dealing with. Update #1: I found out that the owners lied to the police by stating that I abandoned my car until Tuesday, instead of conveying the truth, that the car pickup was arranged for Saturday night. Update #2: $475 to pay for unnecessary towing and storage, courtesy of this unfriendly establishment.
