So the state shut you down.. why did they shut you guys down when there are still dozens of illegal shops open in the area? Could be the rumors you were selling harder things, or MAYBE just maybeeee it was the way your staff would treat customers.. Several times I’ve seen your employees belittle people and give attitude for asking simple newbie questions, I’ve seen them flip out on people, I’ve heard them talking bad about customers right after they leave.. that combined with a sketchy/unwelcoming attitude made people feel like they were getting weed from some sketchy dude in a back alley by a trap house.. after the second time being scolded for asking simple questions I never came back.. BUT I WONDER HOW MANY PROPLE NOT ONLY DIDNT COME BACK, BUT REPORTED TO AUTHORITIES BECAUSE OF HOW UPSET YOUR STAFF MADE THEM.. I’d guess a few, because the shops still open treat all their customers with warmth, respect and are always friendly with a smile, not sulking in their own misery like your employees would.

Bought 2 disposables. One was defective and any time I call the number listed it sends me to a voicemail box to check voicemail which is obviously incorrect. The store is located 30 minutes away so it's not convenient for me to drive there before finding out if they will replace it. The place is nice and the staff were friendly but having a defective first purchase with no means to contact them is frustrating. Will update the score if im able to get in contact.

Friendly and personable staff. Great selection and all around the best place around. They offer a delivery service if you would want that, which is unique and accommodating given the recent state of affairs. 10/10 genuinely, a gem in the rough. Visit for sure if you're in the area -- you won't be disappointed 😉

Friendly and knowledgeable staff with a great selection on rolling papers and wraps. They also have a very nice selection of glassware however I find myself visiting them to pick up rolling supplies as they have the best selection in the area and beyond. Example: if I'm driving from Kingston and need papers I'll make the 40 minute swing to go here over stopping at just any smoke supply shop.
