These guys have always been good to me. I just bought a new geekvape device from them. They deserve so much more recognition. He let me stay an extra 5 minutes past closing while I waited on Uber.

Most of the staff is nice all but, the one lady there. Never looks happy or inviting almost like we are bothering her by being there. Plus what is with all the dogs in this place. Red haired guy is generally nice and helpful. They are knowledgeable when it comes to Vaping and products to bad they can't sell juice anymore. UPDATE.. The Lady that was there is gone it is so much more inviting and relaxing now... Great place great prices and nice people.. Also now there are no more dogs there either...

Been going to Big Puffs since vaping became a thing, the guys there are always cool and chill, you can tell they love what they do and sell. They are a prime example of how customer service should be, as a store manager myself, I should know. My only complaint would be the phasing out of box mods for disposables and I fear one day I may have to order my supplies online giving me less of a reason to go, but that's business. Keep up the great work guys!

Great shop with a ton of cool stuff, this is my second favorite vape/smoke shop in the city. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable, prices were fair at the market rate. Conveniently located on a main drag, plenty of parking.
