Very sad that I have to make this review because I’m a very loyal customer but I recently purchased a cartridge from the store and it was faulty! I expressed my concerns and simply wanted an exchange and my needs were not met. It was also very upsetting because the OWNER recommended this product to me may I add it was more money than the usual one I typically get. I was told to come back several times to speak with the owner just for him to never be there when I came back. Owners and employees do not take customer concerns seriously! Do NOT recommend!!!

Great when they have what I need in stock. The guy told me they always have butterscotch reserve in stock. He never runs out. So I need more and take a run up to Kingston. Nope, out of stock. I needed 3 bottles. Don't know when I'll get back now.

Most of the workers are miserable and have zero customer service. A simple question about a product seems like you're giving them a hassle. Won't be returning

Lots of selections for vape products, so much it can be confusing. If you ask questions you'll usually get answers but without the hard sell. If they're unsure about a product they'll let you know. If they've heard good things from customers, they'll let you know. Always quick and convenient.
