Ever since new owners have come in they’re constantly out of stock on many items. There is new guy that works there (ulster ave location) that has zero knowledge on products sold and what’s compatible with other items. His relative owns the store now, so I’m guessing that’s why he is employed. I will find another smoke shop to deal with

Very convenient for night shift workers since they open at 8am every day. I can easily cruise to the drive thru window after work to get my Kratom that helps my arthritis and sleep quality. Very helpful Staff if you have questions. Just have your ID ready since everyone must show one, even this 69 year old woman!.

I am from out of town visiting for a wedding. Staff was very cold to me and seemed like they just wanted to get me out of the store. I was looking for some cigars. They knew I needed a lighter, and sold me one without telling me it needed fluid. I am now too far to go back to get fluid. Would have been nice to know.
