What makes this location stand out from other smoke shops in the area and neighboring cities are the employees and management. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable concerning the products and accessories smokers might need. There's more to be said, but you'll just have to experience their competent service yourself 😁

Never have costal cloud and they it on the company but I don't believe that the one older Hispanic woman all she does is watch videos on her phone instead of knowing what customers want I have asked several times to order it seems like they just don't know what they are doing please help. I was given the most horrible service here. The selection of eliquids was decent but pricey. Their store brand, made to order, comes in a wide variety and are priced fairly, that being said, you mustn't mind being treated like a nuisance for asking for help and waiting 15 minutes for someone to waddle over to you and then answer your questions as if you are a 3 year old kid who is being annoying. I mean EVERY question. For instance, "Do you carry menthol eliquid?", was given the response of a grunt after which she turned back to resume chatting with her friend for a few minutes. She finally told me I could buy the store brand but wouldn't give me any details without the same level of disregard as before. When I asked about the other items which aren't price marked and are behind glass cases, she just wouldn't help. She is just one employee however she appeared to be in charge. I thanked her and left irritated and without making a purchase after I realized she just wasn't going to do her job that day for whatever reason. I went instead to the Mobil around the corner who had Boulder eliquid at a low price. Also V2 at the gas station across from the Mobil. I didn't look at their vape mods, glass pieces, or buy cigarettes but they appear to carry all of these items. I just went looking for eliquid, which they do have a decent supply of however getting information about any of it was quite a hassle. P.S. There is a new Vape store in Lake Katrine called Cloud Kingdom 2, 1900 Rt 9W. They have knowledgeable staff and they make e-liquid, sell plenty of mods at a fair price and also have friendly helpful service. No Glass pieces sold there if I remember correctly. Just in the middle of town of Saugerties is another Vape store. I cannot recall the name but they were friendly and helpful as well.

I went to this establishment during the Covid-19 pandemic. I wore a mask as mandated. I attempted to enter and was told I couldn't. The staff member was NOT wearing a mask. I had been in the shop less than a week ago with no issues. This will be the LAST time I attempt to go there.

Horrible worse experience ever all I wanted was a pre roll they almost run my credit for that they're way to difficult for just a little thing 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️plus nowhere to park all the parking spaces were taking and the store was empty so I guess theres only room for workers lol 😂
