Had a vaporesso. Used an eight tank. Last one burnt super quick on normal setting. Went to get another but this time a six. None in stock. Had to buy a new mod to get the six tank and juice to fill it. Have had it less than a week and now the indicator is flashing orange. I am no where near one of your locations so I’m SOL. Thanks

Staff are nice and welcoming, bought a pod device yesterday and juice. the juice was off even after priming. came again today, franklin and eric both helped me out, gave me half off a new coil and suggested a different juice. Extremely satisfied and they answered everything I needed to know and also gave some insight on things I didn't know. Would suggest coming here and will be coming back in the future.

My view was the staff member is nice helpful and professional only issue is the price 60ml $30 every where else $15 the juice taste has nasty after taste like it’s outdated do they make the bottles up in store the Expiration date stamp faded off with in hours ….

I have been coming here for years and for years I’ve never had an issue or a bad experience. My last few visits there are new employees that are not as nice or seem to not care to be helpful. Especially the one today. Not sure of her name but she is working now on 7/25/24. I don’t expect anyone to roll out a red carpet but they could at least not seem rushed and nasty when I was the only customer. I’ll still give 4 stars because of my history here but pls speak with the employees about their attitudes. Not good for new customers.

I typically visit the Cicero location. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The only downsides are the prices which yes I know that's mainly New York state's fault and lately they seem to be having a problem with keeping accessories in stock such as drip tips/mouthpieces.
