This is the best vape store I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great selection of products. It's quite a distance to get there, but it's worth the drive.

Wonderful products, great helpful staff who explain everything-- from devices and flavors to what is or isn't legal in ever-shifting state laws! Small business, cool people!

A great shop, with an experienced, friendly, knowledgeable staff. They won't upsell just to make more. They would rather the customer be comfortable. The staff takes the time to explain every detail, and wont push you aside for the next sale. You are always their number one priority. They have a wide variety of products for the beginner as well as experienced vapors. Their Unique juice is clean, and pure also, you need to try it to believe it. Finally pricing for everything is amazing. They don't raise prices, keeping consumer costs down. All and all an amazing experience, the staff should be proud.

Visited this location today and was treated extremely poorly by the woman behind the counter. From the moment my husband opened the door, she was giving me a dirty look (I stayed by the car because we had children inside). From there, my husband asked for his usual order and she became confused. Due to her own confusion, she became frustrated and started to become condescending. She laughed at my husband for knowing the specific type of coil he preferred for his mod and informed him he “needed to know his order next time” because they are going to have a new system soon. Rude, unprofessional, and disgusting treatment. Get better staff. There’s too many vape stores for this location to be providing such terrible customer service. Do better.

I went into this shop completely ignorant of vapes and mods aside from what they sell at convenience stores and so I needed a lot of help. Right from the start, Patty there was so helpful and knowledgeable and patient with me in answering all of my questions and making sure I got a setup that was appropriate for my needs and current situation. I researched the website and was sold on the fact that they are so customer focused and when I went there that was certainly the case. Patty wasn't just trying to make a sale - she was effectively educating me in the product and world of vaping. I am so happy that I went and very satisfied with my purchase and I couldn't have navigated it as easily without Patty's breadth of knowledge and assistance. 5 stars all around and will definitely be returning for future purchases! Update: I have been going back consistently and AJ is the man! I believe AJ is there more than Patty as I know this location is not Patty’s typical one. AJ is personable, always customer service oriented, and really goes out of his way to be upfront and honest about every single product I have questions about (and I have many). Will keep returning but also wanted to give an update and shoutout to AJ as he has been the one consistently there almost every time I’ve returned and has been excellent each visit.
