I've been goin to this store for over 15 years and the new girl thats been there for like 2 months is a nasty and rude disrespectful person with severe anger issues and the last 4 times I've been there when she's working had made me not want to buy there anymore. Today as I walked up to the counter she shoved 1 of the chairs across the floor slamming into other things towards the cigar room and then rude as hell to me for asking for a bag of tobacco and then basically throwing my change at my hand and then walks away acting like a pissed of teenager. This has been like this every time..I hope the owner reaches out to me.

How often do you walk out of a shop with a smile on your face? I do every time I finish my perfect shopping trip to Smokes 4 Less in New Windsor. Joanne, the sweet woman who is absolutely a dream to deal with, has the perfect personality for working with her customers... we are all so different. I use a product that is not a "name brand" and Joanne and Smokes 4 Less always makes sure that my brand is available to me. I'm smiling now as I finish up this review. Thank you, S4L and Joanne!

I always get a friendly hello from Joanne and we talk for a while if she isn’t busy. I like to sit and play QuickDraw there because not too many places have it. I can buy a soda and a snack and relax while I play. I enjoy going there.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this place. The staff is always friendly; they always recognize my husband and myself (even with the addition of masks!) and greet us warmly. I would absolutely recommend others to visit this place 😊

Every Time I Come into This Location I Always Have An Amazing Experience. Humidor Is Always Stocked With A Great Selection. Great Environment Nice And Relaxing After A Long Day At Work. Highly Recommend!
