Went in to purchase 2 Zigzag wraps. After I paid for them, I opened them both up to make sure they weren’t stale and they were. I brought one pack back in, and the woman gave me another pack. I opened that one and it was also stale. When I asked for another pack, the woman said no it’s not stale and was complaining about me opening it and saying it wasn’t stale. I asked for a manager, she said “No manager, no manager! It’s not stale!” I asked for a refund of the 1 pack, she said no. Then I said give me another one, I opened it and it was fine. She then told me not to come back to the store. I told her she was rude and needs to fix her attitude and I definitely will not be returning to their store. This place should not have workers like her nor should they be open to conduct business. I wouldn’t give any stars but it wouldn’t let me post without a star.

worst service. the man that was watching the counter was rude, unhelpful, on his phone the entire time, dismissive and overall inconsiderate. i will not be returning regardless of convenience.

Quick & easy. I have no problems with service I'm in & out. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but they give me not problems in store

Guy behind the counter was shady and rude. I moved into the area and was looking for a new shop to make my own but clerk was a major turn off when asked normal smoke shop questions. If he was smart enough to not be paranoid all the time with his shady business he would have answered them quite fine. Dude sells illegal vape bars under the counter. I wasn’t aware of the way he did business as I was new to the area. If he told me what was up I would have been more keen to take the hint but he was just rude as if I was with an organization. No I was just looking for vapes in the area. He’s got doubled priced vapes with flavor behind the counter under hush hush terms if you know what I mean. He’s a jerk about it thought. His loss cuz this is what happens when you don’t trea new customers nice. They leave honest reviews off what happened. Shady

Very helpful as well as knowledgeable just a little short tempered sometimes as we all can be.
