We had a great time at Club Macanudo. For a high-end NYC lounge, the cigar prices are actually quite reasonable. I went with the Macanudo Inspirado Orange Gigante, which was a fantastic, smooth smoke. Just a heads up on the pricing structure: they have a $50 minimum spend per person, but $20 of that goes directly toward your cigar, which makes it easy to hit if you're there to smoke anyway. The atmosphere is top-notch, though keep in mind that the drinks can get pretty pricey, so it can add up fast if you're staying for a few rounds. Definitely a solid spot for a quality stick in a classic setting. Minimum Spend: Minimums are frequently reported, typically ranging from $30 to $50 per person for table service. Cigar Requirement: A mandatory cigar purchase (often around $20) is usually included in that minimum. Dress Code: Business casual is strictly enforced; gentlemen must wear collared shirts, and athletic attire or shorts are prohibited. Cigar Highlight: The Macanudo Inspirado Orange Gigante (6" x 60) is a medium-to-full-bodied cigar featuring a blend of Honduran, Nicaraguan, and Dominican fillers. It is noted for its creamy smoke with hints of cedar, spice, and roasted nuts.

An outstanding destination for anyone looking for refined dining, world-class hospitality, and an overall elevated experience.
Hubby wanted to go to cigar bar while we were visiting NY, the staff was top notch! We came after eating dinner and I had the apple crisp for dessert OMG! it was delicious! I'm a social smoker the cigar selection was great as host and my hubby picked one for me☺️. The hubby enjoyed himself, he was definitely in his element! The decor classic old school NY architecture with beautiful wood work, dim lighting. Nice & intimate.
This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it was not a good first impression. They charge $50 per person just to enter, on top of whatever you spend on drinks and cigars. I could easily afford the cover charge that is not the issue. It is the principle. I regularly buy cigars that cost $50 or more, but visiting a cigar lounge should not feel this excessive. I am giving one star because we were turned away simply for choosing not to pay the cover.
The beautiful wood interior and warm inviting vibe is awesome. The Club allows walk-ins, but there is a $40 minimum per person, and $20 of it has to be cigars. My wife and I had a drink and dessert. The warm chocolate truffles were delicious, and the coffee was also tasty. The service was friendly and helpful, they kep the ashtrays clean.
