I really enjoyed myself here. It feels like a intimate neighborhood hookah spot they even serve mocktails and the hookah is really good and reasonably priced. I visited twice while I was in New York. The first time that I came they seated us right away but it did take them a while for someone to service us. I had to stop a random server even though multiple people were walking past us.

It was amazing, my friend and I were treated very well by Yassin, the food was wonderful and the atmosphere we can say 1000.
I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for several years. I regularly bring large parties here and have, over time, contributed a significant amount of business to this establishment. I've always enjoyed a warm relationship with the staff, many of whom I consider friends. Unfortunately, since the hiring of your new manager, Yaseen, my experience has changed dramatically. On numerous occasions, I have witnessed him yelling at his coworkers, and I've felt genuinely sorry for the way they are treated. I have also seen him behave disrespectfully toward customers. Today, I was on the receiving end of that same treatment. I immediately told him to watch his tone, because I have seen him do this numerous times, and he responded by asking me to leave the restaurant. I find this completely unacceptable. As a result, I will no longer be patronizing this establishment, and I intend to encourage the many guests I've brought here over the years to take their business elsewhere as well. I also plan to share my honest experience through reviews at both locations on A and on B. I will be reaching out to the owner in the next few days and discuss this matter, as I am curious whether they are aware of how this newly hired manager is representing their business. I genuinely hope they value the reputation they have worked to build. It is a real shame that it has come to this.
I highly recommend this place. My experience was absolutely incredible, the food was amazing, and the service was exceptional
The service is top notch here, especially Youcif the person standing outside greeting and seating people. The hookah is good, and they're quick to replace the coal. Food and drinks are good. I requested something outside of the menu, a taboleeh, and they did make it. Belly dancer was there as well, and she's friendly and fun to have around.
