Great customer service, Amazing food, easy to vibe to music and high quality hookah! Really happy I found this spot. Definitely will be going again. Highly recommend.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this restaurant. My feet were hurting, so I briefly sat on a chair outside. The employee at the door immediately approached me in an aggressive and hostile manner. He made several offensive and racist comments that were completely unacceptable. A second employee then came over and told me that I could not be outside their restaurant. Since when is a public sidewalk private property? Instead of treating people with basic respect, they acted as if they owned the entire street. To make matters worse, I was told to leave and “go sit in a park.” The level of disrespect, unprofessionalism, and hostility I experienced was shocking. No customer or passerby should be treated this way. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment.

The food and service is unmatched. Most places in NYC want to rush you out the door - here they want to stop and talk to you, and ensure you’re having the best time ever. Shay was our server and she was the best!

Hours Cafe on B is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is always on point. The food is delicious, and everything is beautifully presented. And the hookah? Top tier. Smooth, flavorful, and perfectly prepared — definitely one of the best spots to enjoy a great hookah in a chill setting. Highly recommend Hours Cafe on B if you’re looking for great vibes, great service, and an all-around great experience!

If you don't mind the Hookah being potentially blown near or onto you then the places is pretty good. Really great food too! Would definitely come back!
