Do NOT give this shop your business!!!! So disappointed and hurt by my experience at this smoke shop today. For months, I have been a loyal customer. Every time I purchased a vape, I made sure to get my stamp on my rewards card. I stayed consistent, supported this business, and finally reached the free reward after completing the required stamps. Today, when I went in to redeem my free vape, the employee working there told me he could not honor my card. He said he was new and that there was “new management,” so he wouldn’t accept it. His tone was rude and dismissive, and he didn’t try to help or offer any solution. I was simply turned away. What makes this even more upsetting is that my friend, who is a Caucasian male, told me he just redeemed his free vape with no issue after completing his stamps. Hearing that made me feel singled out. I cannot ignore how differently I was treated. As a black customer, being dismissed so quickly and coldly while others are being honored makes me feel discriminated against. It was humiliating to stand there after being loyal for months and be treated as if my business meant nothing. I supported this shop consistently, only to be turned away at the moment the promotion was supposed to benefit me. This experience was hurtful, disappointing, and completely unprofessional. Loyal customers deserve respect and fairness. I truly hope management looks into how customers are being treated because no one should feel the way I felt today.

they once sold me what-it-seemed a fake ebdesign/elfbar vape (it scanned but it was def fake by the looks and how it hit) thought it was a good shop i guess not
