So, I went in, bought something, paid for it on my card. Fast forward, approximately 2 hrs, now I’m getting warnings of fraudulent activity on my card, this store was the only place I used it. So, never going there again.

Nice place for everything except vapes. Advertise vapes and is called "Vape City" and not a single vape on the shelves. No Hydes, no Geek Bar, nothing.

I returned to buffalo 2 months ago to be a caretaker for a family member. I purchased a vape on Friday and opened it on Saturday. and it didn't work. I took it back today just to exchange or get a different brand. They employee called the boss and asked to come back when he was there.i couldn't and communicated that to him. I guess he felt she was incompetent to do so, bad move!!. I didn't get my replace nor my money and now he lost a customer. I spent a lot of money in that store, now he losses and I want elsewhere. It take a lot of time and effort to keep your customers and 5 minutes to lose them. So test your vapes before you leave the store to make sure it works properly.

Don't Know Who Answers The Phone But The Guy Is Pretty Rude Over The Phone And In Person . I Won't Be Returning
