Terrible to loyal customers. I consitently bought here despite their higher prices on everything because I thought I had a bond with the owners. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store over the past year alone. One day I came back with a product that made me sick and was unconsumable and defective. They insulted me and rejected a refund or exchange for a $12 product. So they have permanently lost me and I highly recommend looking at a different smoke shop for your needs, especially because the prices are way higher here and the owners clearly don't value loyal customers.

Went to but disposable eye cigarettes they had alot of my brand but they charge DOUBLE the other 3 places I used to go to till they ran out.20$ a pop.

Worst prices on cigars in all of Suffolk County, and without a walk-in humidor! A must to avoid!

Worst prices, despite the new store name rebrand.

Great parking friendly staff.
