Not pleased at all with the guy working behind the counter tonight. 20 minutes before close I go in to ask if he has a specific item and he just stared at me. It was rude and awkward. When he took out the vape he told me it was the only one he had and up-charged it. Going to this specific shop before I could not believe the price I was hearing. Asked if he had any other options he told me no, but said for me hed “give it to me for less”. Absolutely not. I said no and immediately he was offering other options as if this is a game. So pathetic and unprofessional. Never will buy from this shop again, all because a staff member couldn't just sell a vape.

Outdated and poor selection of wax vapes, erigs, refillable nicotine vape batteries/pods like many shops here on the island. All these LI shops just sell stuff like its 2019 its crazy. Other states shops look so different because they don’t have ppl doing this for the hustle but ppl who actually enjoy smoking/vaping stuff. If you know the background business of what goes on then you know its gonna bred this dynamic. This shop just makes money on disposables, glass, rolling material etc but lacks on everything else. Oh and their prerolls are filled with scraps.

This is the most unreliable store. They have new people working and they never show up on time. They use to open at 7am and now it's different all the time, depending when they decide to arrive.

Overall, I was not pleased. I walked in and asked where the humidor was after saying hello and I just got a finger pointing to the humidor, okay. Then I walk in to browse the cigar selection and find that the workers physically wrote (with a marker) the prices of the cigar ON THE PHYSICAL CIGAR. I don’t know about you, but I rather not smoke my cigars with sharpie writing (for $20 cigars!) Plus the cigars are not very humidified as they were very dried up, and the selection was cracking. Will not be back. I do not recommend.

The guy doesn't talk much but... He DID know all the answers! Full vape and flower smoking accessories, as well as a nice compliment of different cigars. Scales grinders and stuff I didn't even know what it was hookah paraphernalia bongs pipes papers and much more. They also back up their products I've had to do a return once and was very happy with the outcome
