The guy with the dreads is very unprofessional. He was nasty, he didn’t even say hi to us, and his cat actually attacked me. I got scratched by it. If I get a disease I will be coming back here and speaking to the owner and I will make sure this business gets shut down. Extremely unprofessional. I hear the owner is a nice guy so it’s a shame he has such a disrespectful inconsiderate man working for him who is not friendly, rude, and has a vicious cat who attacks people in the smoke shop. I was just there and I will never go back again.

If been here a few times. There’s three open signs and no one around. I’ve been here 20 minutes. Now leaving without anything I needed. Highly disappointed

Unbelievably rude. I went in to make a purchase for my husband. When I walked in, the guy working was sitting down texting. I said hello when I walked in and was not acknowledged, he didn't bother looking up. I went and found what I needed, I went back to the counter where he was still sitting and I said hello. He still doesn't even look up. I thought maybe he was deaf because otherwise Ive never experienced such blatant disrespect as a customer. Nope he's not deaf, just rude and entitled. I said excuse me I'd like to buy something. His response with an attitude was "I heard you come in. Im busy texting my boss" and continued to text, then slammed his phone down, grabbed what I needed and never spoke another word. I will never spend another dime at this establishment.
