The customer service was amazing. The staff were very professional and very knowledgeable about the products not to mention... they had such a variety of different things to offer. One of the best smoke shops I have shopped with !!!! Would definitely recommend shopping with them and I will be looking forward to going back for myself as well😀

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me pick out the perfect gift. Next time I am in the area I will stop by again. They also ship nationwide. One of the owners Desmond was wonderful and he made sure we were pleased with our purchase.

I am new to Rochester coming from NYC so finding this little spot was heavenly. Cloud 9 is located in the heart of South Wedge an area my heart loves! Closest thing I will get to a city, village and Brooklyn type of feel. I frequently go to cloud 9 for smokes (even though I shouldn't be smoking) but reality is I do so if you smoke as well, its a great quick stop shop. The staff in the shop are friendly cool guys too.

Amazing customer service! If they don't have what I need, they're always willing to go above and beyond to get it. Definitely set the bar apart from your standard smoke shop. For me this is the ONLY smoke shop that can get my money!

Very clean, respectable service. They have everything you need for smoking from tabacco, supplies, and nice keychains. When I needed help tryna find my hookah supplies they were very helpful getting things started. I would definitely come back. Thumbs up.
