I must say , I'm impressed. I got tired of spending on disposables every week. I walked in this place (ELAB) 1. The customer service is absolutely friendly, great attitude. I bought a Vaperesso ( hot pink) Oh my , I'm in love. I will go back there for all my accessories, vape liquid, coils. Just go there, they have all you need!!!!!! Added bonus, cute little friendly dogs.

I don't want to leave one star because I'm sure they're fine when open. I broke some glass and needed a replacement stat, some friends recommended this shop. I tried to go at 2:30pm on a Saturday and they were closed - doors locked and neon light off. From what I can tell this is the middle of their business hours, but there was no sign or anything saying why they were closed or if/when they would reopen. Since I had no way of knowing if they were closed for the day or would be back in 15 I had to go somewhere else. Happy to update my review if/when I get to shop there

I've been coming to Elab for years. The personal attentiozn I receive is amazing! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied ❤️. What I personally like if they don't always try to sell you the most expensive thing just the best thing for me that's what's important

The best part about this place is the staff, by far! I have never felt rushed, dismissed, ignored, or like I am bothering someone (unlike when I go to the shop that needs to do as their name says and hideaway) and the prices are pretty darn reasonable! My only gripe used to be about the lack of selections, but they have definitely made efforts to increase their glass choices and it’s perfect!

Hurried up to get there before they closed, 7:30? Nope got there at 7:07 they were already closed, I guess they close at 7
