This smoke shop is the best there is in the Rochester (585) area and there's not a single doubt about that. Eric the owner which I've got close with by having spent nearly $1,000 so far in store and I'll tell you what. It's worth every freaking dollar. He carries all the latest merchandise including his own line of products like shirts and wax. Everything is priced to the fairest price you'll find anywhere I promise you that. It's like online eBay prices that you can NOT beat. All I gotta say is that there's a reason I keep coming back and investing so much money and time in here. It's a great place! Stopped at Hempire State on my way home from Rochester to Buffalo. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They have a big selection of Puffco accessories and their prices are not bad! I definitely plan to stop there again in the future the next time I'm in the Rochester area! Thanks guys!

I absolutely love this store. I just learned about them in the plaza on lyell directly across from Wegmans. Check them out yall, they got everything from the budget products to the medium average priced to the elite stuff like puffco. Nice knowledgeable staff who treat you with respect.
