The staff member that assisted me was very helpful and friendly. They were able to give me a lot of information and share personal experiences with some of the products I was interested in. Chill place would definitely revisit for my needs if I am in that area again. Some of the items were a bit more expensive than other local places but not so much that I would have traveled the extra distance.

Recently decided to kick the cigarette habit so went to puff palace for an e-cig Ryan is who helped us and was friendly and very informative! The store itself is very organized and clean! Alot of great stuff too! 😊 I will recommend to friends for sure!!!!

Love this place! They are very friendly and always so helpful. I bring my dog Charlie with me and they are so welcoming and nice to him. Makes me so happy to spend my money there and support them. I drive out pretty far about 25 minutes to see them and have several smoke shops close to me but nothing compares to their service. We always feel so welcomed going in and they even give treats to Charlie. I couldn’t make it out for a few months and recently came back -Sam and Alex remembered my dogs name as soon as we walked in and came right over to us to say hi! Can’t say enough good things about them. Thanks for the awesome service guys. Def recommend checking this shop out- they have a ton of stock at all times and lots to choose from 😀

I have never been to such a cool-laid back shop! Everyone working was friendly, chill and they all knew their stuff! From vapes, to knives, every question I asked, was answered in a professional way! I will be back and this is my smoke shop for life now!
