The owners are very friendly, professional, helpful, and provide outstanding service. My favorite smoke shop in Rochester. Because it's the best smoke shop in Rochester. They do something a lot of businesses don't do any more, and treat their customers like they are happy they are there. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!!! Went in again and they were awesome, as usual! I can’t wait until 4/20! The new store looks beautiful! I love it. They are still so helpful, understanding and respectful! I wish they have many prosperous years ahead!

Top notch! Amazing customer service. Great selection and prices!!

Love this shop and the guys who work there!! They are all very knowledgeable. Great product selection & friendly environment.

The best place in Rochester, by far. Massive selection, great hours, helpful staff, and fair prices. I don't even bother going anywhere else.

Honestly disappointed. I tried giving this place a chance but everything is way overpriced for what you get. On top of that the employees were rude and barely acknowledged me. No effort to help or answer questions just bad vibes all around. There are way better spots with better prices and friendlier service.
